1. Acceptance of the agreement.

4. Publications

The information that is published within the training system, whether published by Technology Consulting J.F or by any other means, is the exclusive property of Technology Consulting J.F. Redistribution is not permitted without explicit written consent of Technology. Consulting J.F, this includes lesson texts, study layouts, evaluations, video presentations, voiceovers and any other information included.

7. Access to SAP, training and other subscriptions

Our access to SAP and SAP training and other subscriptions are governed by the following terms:

Access to our SAP system is for personal educational use only. Commercial activity is not allowed with our SAP remote access packages.
You may not copy, distribute, or sell any information you receive in connection with your purchase of our products and services.
We do not issue refunds for any unused portion of SAP access packages or other subscriptions.
SAP remote access accounts, training subscriptions, login information, and any other materials you receive in connection with your account cannot be shared between people. All user IDs are for single student access and cannot be transferred once logged in.

SAP training course subscriptions are valid for 1 year (or as designated by your corporate training administrator) and automatically expire at the end of the subscription period.
Any activity designed to circumvent existing security measures or destructive activities that negatively impact system performance, stability or reliability will lead to immediate account cancellation without refunds for the unused portion of access.

Violations of these terms and conditions may result in immediate loss of access privileges without notice and without refunds for unused access portions.

8. Compensation.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us and our partners, attorneys, staff and affiliates (collectively, "Affiliated Parties") harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, related to your violation of this Agreement or use of the Site.
 

9. Not transferable.

Your right to use the Site is not transferable. Any password or right granted to you to obtain information or documents is non-transferable.

10. Disclaimer and Limits.
